Ryuu walked down the stairs that led to the underground subway. He had just finished his job, working at a Japanese restaurant. As soon as he had finished, he was out the door, and checked his cellphone, it was already evening, and getting dark, too dark for him to walk, and he didn't want to take a taxi, and seeing the entrance to the subway gave him his final decision. Subway it was. He picked up a newspaper from one of the stands on his way over, and headed down the stairs. He paid for his ticket, and went through the turnstile, bag slung over his shoulder, newspaper in his left hand. Lining up along side the crowds of people waiting for the subway, he didn't have to wait long. He saw the bright lights of the subway, as it came rushing past, and stopped. The doors opened in front of him, and Ryuu stepped in, standing in the aisle, for most of the seats had already been taken. The doors closed shut, and the subway started up, rushing past the platform, and heading into the dark tunnel. Ryuu leaned against one of the poles, and opened his newspaper, reading it. Or at least, tried to. Until he heard two guys nearby speaking to each other loudly, and excitedly.
"Hey, check out that girl!" "Huh? Dude, that one?" "Yeah, that one!" "Shit man, she's hot!" And so on. You get the point. Ryuu looked out of the corner of his eye curiously, and saw the two guys, they were from 42, and the girl they were ogling, Ryuu recognized after looking at her, it was the girl he meet in the music room, Kate. Although there were lots of people in the subway car, Ryuu could still clearly hear their conversation. And he didn't like it. A bright light appeared, and the train slowed down, reaching the next stop. Ryuu's stop. And apparently, Kate's too. Ryuu folded his newspaper, and exited out of the subway as soon as it stopped, and the doors opened. He followed her up the stairs, and walked out onto the sidewalk, only to hear the two guys voices again, who were slightly ahead of him. "Hey, she's all alone! Why don't we..." "Yeah! She looks like she wouldn't resist."
Now Ryuu was really getting tired of this. He knew better than anyone appearances can be deceiving. He looked ahead, and saw that the two guys had caught up to Kate, and were trying to pull a fast one. "Hey gorgeous, how about you hook up with both of us? I promise we won't do anything bad." "Yeah, we don't bite." They didn't, but Ryuu did. Stopping behind them, he made tapped one guy on the shoulder, as he turned around, "What?" and introduced the guy's face to his fist. The guy fell back, clutching his nose, as the other guy stared shocked at his companion, before attempting to knock Ryuu out. I don't think so. Ryuu ducked easily underneath the guy's wild punch, and slammed his fist into the guy's stomach, sending him reeling backwards, and in comedic fashion, the guy tripped over his friend, and landed on the ground, knocked out. The guy who had been clutching his nose, stood up, and tried to knock Ryuu out, but Ryuu just launched a roundhouse kick, and knocked the guy to the ground. All in less than five minutes. Not bad. Ryuu dusted his hands off, and sighed. What a headache. He then walked over to Kate, and stopped in front of her. "Hey, Kate right? Sorry about that." He said, but before any words could be exchanged, the guy he had landed a roundhouse kick on tried one last time to get Ryuu, but failed, for Ryuu just jabbed his elbow in the guy's face, again. Lucky guy huh?
Ryuu thought so.

Why was Kate on the subway? She had plenty of reasons. Wanting to see how the local people traveled, and all that. But mostly Kate was just itching for a fight... and she figured that being on the subway might start some things. Tight jeans, low cut white button up? White high heels, designer purse... someone of some sort would come after her. A thief for her money, or some jackasses for her body. Apparently, it would be the latter. Because as she got off the subway, some people followed her. And then started hitting on her.
Kate was about to "bite" back, when someone else did so for her. Party pooper!!!! He beat the crap out of them, while Kate calmly watched with an eyebrow raised. There was a smirk on her face. Ryuu, from the music room. Being Mister Knight in Shining Armor much? She chuckled under her breath.
"Sorry? Don't apologize. In fact, since you're done with the weaklings... how about you give me a go?"
Flirting? Innuendo? Maybe. That was up to him. She smirked straight at him, and kicked one of the goons that was on the ground.

"Sorry? Don't apologize. In fact, since you're done with the weaklings... how about you give me a go?" Ryuu saw her smirk straight at him, as he dusted his hands off after he had finished beating the crap out of the two guys. She even kicked one of them, as Ryuu cringed mockingly, ouch, he was going to feel that one in the morning. "Well since you asked so nicely," Ryuu replied, as he rolled his shoulders, loosening them up, before going into his stance, "Let's go." Ryuu then allowed his mind to focus, maybe he was in over his head, but all things in life comes with experience, and this was no different. Win or lose, you gain experience with each fight you partake in. Taking a moment to evaluate his opponent, Ryuu took off, his left hand shot out, a simple jab, nothing fancy, aiming for Kate's solar plexus, his right hand kept close to him.
Simple moves always gave a rather good evaluation of the skills of both fighters, and since the opponent was at full capacity too, a special or complicated move gave the opponent a good chance to block, counter, or evade. If Ryuu made contact with that spot, which was a big if, Ryuu would be able to see where the torso twitches. All movement originated from that point, that, and the sternum. If Ryuu focused on those two spots, he could counter any move, or work around a combo if the counter was not fast enough. But like he said, that was big if. Anything could happen, and Ryuu had learned from his past fights, appearances are not everything. He just had to wonder what it was, he had gone into. But if he could walk away from this fight with new knowledge, then a loss was not such a bad thing. But the outcome of this match was a long way from now. Ryuu kept his focus, and breathed. Knowledge, when used correctly, is a powerful thing. And this knowledge helped Ryuu, in more ways than one.

So apparently the fight was on then. Kate grinned almost ear to ear. She loved getting into fights. He jabbed, she lifted her right hand and caught his fist with hers. Her fingers tighten around his fist... as he would not be getting it back. Her grip was like iron, making it very clear what was happening. That would probably shock him, but Kate wouldn't give him much time to think about anything of that sort.
Kate pulled him toward her, and went for something rather simple. After all KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. Kate launched a left hook for his face. Poor Ryuu had no idea what he was getting himself into.
((OOC: Just as a note to myself... Kate has her 2nd level of Qi in this thread, and a con of 43 to start with. <3 ))

His jab soared, aiming for her solar plexus, and saw her lift her right hand, catching his fist with hers. She was fast... and damn strong too! Her fingers tightened around his fist, he was not getting his fist back, it was pretty obvious. Her grip was so strong, it was like iron, he could barely move his hand inside her grip. He wasn't shocked by her catching his fist, since it was a pretty simple move to dodge or catch, but he was surprised at how powerful her grip was. It seemed Kate wasn't going to give Ryuu any time to think over it, for she right away pulled him towards her, as he stumbled forward, and saw her launch a left hook right for his face, he could see it, but he wasn't able to dodge or catch it, all he could do was turn his head with the direction the attack was coming from at the last minute. Damn... this is going to hurt... Hospital room, here I come! He felt the fist connect with his face, a bit of the blow softened by his timing of the turning of his head, but man, that hurt.
His jaw ached, as his left hand reached up, and he began to massage his jaw. "Damn, that hurt. Beautiful and strong. You must have guys falling for you left and right." Ryuu continued to massage his jaw, at least it wasn't broken, but it still hurt a ton. It wasn't enough to knock him out, not yet anyways. Seems she was going for the KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. Trying to get a one-hit KO on him. "A deadly combination, beauty and strength, and you got them both." Was Ryuu flirting? Nah, he was just saying what he thought was the truth. He definitely knew he was in way over his head. He would definitely end up in the hospital after this, but he wasn't going to go down without a fight. Since Kate's arm was still in motion from the left hook, he took the small time frame, and launched a left underhand punch, aiming for her stomach, not like it would connect, but he could at least try.

This was going to be interesting. Kate didn't let go of his wrist. Why was this? Because she found that a lot of kids were faster than her. At least a lot of the stronger ones, but some of the weaker ones as well. It was better to be safe than sorry.
Her hit landed, much to her delight. Maybe not exactly where she wanted, as he turned his head, but still on his head. That would work for her. Now she just had to worry the spot some more, adding more pain and pressure to it should prove a win for the blonde. His hit connected as well, to her stomach. He wasn't weak like the last girl she had fought, but he wasn't strong by a long shot.
She began to twist his arm within his grasp as she launched another strike to the side of his face.

It was pretty obvious that Kate wasn't going to be letting go of Ryuu's wrist any time soon, and honestly, who would? If you had your opponent's wrist in your grip, would you let go of it? Not in this lifetime sister! Her punch managed to connect with his face, maybe not exactly where she had been aiming for, seeing as he had turned his head with her punch, but it still connected nonetheless, and it hurt like a bitch. He massaged his jaw, but not wasting any time, he launched a left hook, it connected with her stomach, but it wasn't going to be doing much damage obviously, Kate was definitely more stronger and tougher than Ryuu, his blow was probably nothing to her. But knowing this, spurred him to become stronger, he wanted to become stronger than his cousin, Kazuya, and he was going to work his ass of to do so. He felt her begin to twist his arm within his grasp, as she launched another strike to the side of his face.
This is going to hurt... again...
He once more timed his head movement with the direction of the strike, as it connected solidly with the side of his face, and in the same exact spot too. Ryuu winced in pain, not just from the strike, but also from Kate twisting his arm. He was definitely in way over his head, it was pretty obvious this fight was going to end soon. Massaging his jaw once more, pain reverberated through his entire face, that was painful. But fighting through the pain, he brought his left arm back once more, and fired a straight jab, aiming not for Kate's stomach like before, but instead aiming for the elbow of the arm that had his wrist in her grip. He highly doubted his strike would connect, and more than likely, Kate was going to launch another strike faster than he could say Emergency Room, which is probably where he'll end up after this fight was over.

His hand came out, flying to strike at her right arm. Her left struck again, but not at his face this time around. At the hand trying to hit her. The female snatched that hand as well, plucking it out of the air. Her fingers wrapped around that wrist as well, grip settling on that limb as well. She ten lifted her left leg and smacked it into his chest. That's right, a Spartan kick straight to the chest. However, she was still holding onto his limbs, so he'd stay right where he was.
She didn't let go after that either. Instead she'd kick him again, hoping to break something in his arms or his ribs. The pale girl would then try to fling him around into a wall. Do as much damage as she could. If he gave up, said uncle or something to that degree she would stop... but that was all she would stop for until he passed out.

Once more, Ryuu saw Kate's left hand snap out to strike, but instead of his face, her hand struck his left hand, their two fists colliding with each other. Ryuu winced slightly from the impact, before he could even pull his arm back from the collision, Kate's hand gripped that hand as well, now both his arms were rendered unusable. That was just charming. He then saw her lift her left leg and smack it straight into his chest, a Spartan kick straight to his chest, he could not dodge or block it, seeing as both his arms were being firmly held onto by Kate, he was going nowhere. He grunted in pain from the impact, his face screwed up in pain, she was still holding onto his arms, and it seemed she wasn't going to let go of them either. He felt her kick him again, as he this time growled in pain, it had hurt like a bitch... times two. Ryuu had a look of grimace on his face, partly from the pain, but partly because he didn't know what it as Kate was going to do next.
This is so not going to end well for me... Hospital bed, here I come. I wonder if anyone will visit me...
Shutting his eyes tight, Ryuu braced himself for the imminent pain, and without a warning or anything, felt himself get flung around and smashed against a brick wall full force. She was trying to do as much damage as she possibly could to him. Can you say, ouch? He felt a cut on the back of his head, the blood running down his head, he was leaning forward slightly, his back against the wall. A look of pain was on his face, he felt darkness swarm his vision, but he pushed it back, long enough for him to gasp out two words. "You win." And with that, Ryuu blacked out, his eyes clouding over, as his body relaxed, blood running down his head and dripping in droplets down to the ground, starting to pool underneath. He was out, and with a cut on the back of his head to boot. He would probably wake up in the hospital after this. Oh joy...
